What are “Journeys” and how do they work?

Journeys are experiences for Subscribers to connect and be supported by the non-profit aligned to what desired end states they are trying to accomplish. Along the way, our technology seeks to understand the subscriber more deeply to help our technology serve them better experiences in Journeys over time.
