  • Yes, reach out to your Customer Success Manager to publish the following Segments based on organization goals and ones you value: 
    • Birthday Fundraisers: Supporters who created and raised money as a birthday fundraiser. 
    • In Honor, In Memory, or Tribute: Supporters who created a fundraiser in honor or in memory of a loved one.
    • Lapsed: Supporters who made their last donation more than 3 years ago.
    • Recent Top Supporters: Supporters with a total contribution greater than $250 over the last 2 years.
    • Serial Fundraiser: Supporters who have fundraised 2 or more times in the last 3 years.
    • $0 Dollar Fundraiser: Supporters who created a fundraiser, but have not yet received their first donation. 
    • At Risk of Lapsing: Supporters whose last donation was more than a year ago but less than 2 years ago.
    • Donor Prospects: Supporters who have not donated.
    • Major Donors: Supporters who donated more than $1,000 in a single donation.
    • Mid Donors: Supporters who donated $101-$1,000 in a single donation.
    • Recently Lapsed: Supporters who gave a last donation more than 2 years ago but less than 3 years ago.
    • Serial Donor: Supporters who donated more than 3 times in a year.
    • Small Donors: Supporters who donated less than $100 in a single donation.
    • Challenge and Birthday: Supporters who are challenge leads and who created a birthday fundraiser.
