      Why are some of the messages in Challenges and Journeys being sent more than once?

      Message Duplication

      User behavior is often a contributing factor to the occurrence of duplicated messages inside of Messenger.
      Often times this is due to fundraisers tapping on a button more than once. On rare occasions, there can be Messenger or Meta bugs that can contribute to this error.
