      What is the difference between a Segment vs. List? 

      Lists are static and Segments are dynamic.

      • A List is static and will not change unless you manually add/remove supporter(s) to the List
      • A Segment is dynamic and will grow as supporters meet the defined conditions and shrink as supporters no longer meet them
        • Ex. If you create a Segment for recently lapsed donors (condition = donated more than 12 months ago), a supporter would get added if they did not donate for 12 months, and then they would get removed once if they donated again)
