A supporter that has Granted “Recurring Notification Permission” or is able to be reached, meaning they have interacted in the past 365 days

A Subscriber is a supporter acquired into a conversational messaging channel which falls into the following criteria:

   2. Is able to be reached, meaning they have interacted in the past 365 days.
