      What contributes to certain subscribers continuing to receive messages despite having unsubscribed?

      When a subscriber sends an "unsubscribe" message

      When a subscriber sends an "unsubscribe" message, they'll stop receiving messages. But if they send another message later on, the system will trigger to re-subscribe them, and they'll start receiving messages again.
