🔐 Unable to Log In to the Customer Support Portal

Having trouble accessing your GoodUnited Customer Support Portal? Don’t worry — we’ll help you get back in quickly.

🧭 Step 1: Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the login page: https://support.goodunited.io/tickets-view
  2. Click “Forgot my password” below the login form.
  3. Enter your email address and select “Send reset link.”
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
  5. Follow the link in the email to set a new password.
  6. Return to the portal and log in using your new password.

Tip: If you’ve made several unsuccessful login attempts, the portal may temporarily lock your account. Please wait about 30 minutes before trying again.

📬 Step 2: Check Your Email Settings

If you don’t see the reset email or other GoodUnited messages:

  • Add noreply@goodunited.io to your email contacts.
  • Ask your IT or email administrator to whitelist the domain goodunited.io to prevent messages from being marked as spam.
