Donors are able to request refunds by contacting your organization through the email address or phone number provided in the donation receipt

Donors are able to request refunds by contacting your organization through the email address or phone number (see green highlights below) provided in the donation receipt.  Your organization is able to provide the email address and phone number that shows up on the receipt when you Authorize Stripe.
