The button options for the focus area prompt are populating

The button options for the focus area prompt are populating for the end-user in Messenger but may not be visible from your view unless they explicitly click one of the buttons. Additionally, we allow participants in Messenger up to 20 hours to respond before moving them along. If they choose not to answer, they will not be blocked from receiving additional messaging.
