Journeys: Allow Supporters to Re-Enter the Same Journey

Enable Supporters to Rejoin and Restart Journeys with Ease

What:
  • Supporters can now re-enter and experience the same Journey multiple times. Previously, our system prevented duplicate executions for the same supporter, but this restriction has been removed.
Why:
  • Addresses scenarios where supporters and NPs may need to revisit a Journey (e.g., recurring campaigns, follow-ups or testing the journey).
  • Provides flexibility for nonprofits to test and demo Journeys without recreating for the same purpose.
  • Reduces setup time for nonprofit teams by allowing re-entry into established Journeys.

How:

  • A supporter clicks on a URL connected to a published Journey.
  • Even if the supporter has completed the Journey previously, they will re-enter and go through the Journey from the start.
If the supporter clicks the URL again, the Journey will restart.
