Enable Supporters to Rejoin and Restart Journeys with Ease
What:- Supporters can now re-enter and experience the same Journey multiple times. Previously, our system prevented duplicate executions for the same supporter, but this restriction has been removed.
- Addresses scenarios where supporters and NPs may need to revisit a Journey (e.g., recurring campaigns, follow-ups or testing the journey).
- Provides flexibility for nonprofits to test and demo Journeys without recreating for the same purpose.
- Reduces setup time for nonprofit teams by allowing re-entry into established Journeys.
How:
- A supporter clicks on a URL connected to a published Journey.
- Even if the supporter has completed the Journey previously, they will re-enter and go through the Journey from the start.
