When I add up attributed revenue from the My Journeys page and the Grow page, it is more than the attributed revenue that is shown on the Insights page. Why?
Your Total Attributed Revenue on the Insights page is consolidated across your Grow pages Revenue (A) and the revenue generated as a result of your supporters’ participation in Revenue Journeys (B).
Your Total Attributed Revenue on the Insights page is consolidated across your Grow pages Revenue (A) and the revenue generated as a result of your supporters’ participation in Revenue Journeys (B). We also make sure to not double count any revenue between the Grows pages and the Journeys. In other words, The insights Attributed revenue may not exactly be A + B.
Example : Alex is a subscriber in your revenue journeys and decides to raise money due to the coaching they receive. They start a fundraiser using your Grow page and raise $50. Now, the Grow pages (A) will account for these $50 in revenue. The same is true for Journeys page (B), where these $50 will be accounted for, since this person is a subscriber. However, when calculating the Attributing revenue across Journeys and Grow pages, i.e. for the Insights page, we will only count Alex’s $50 ONCE. This means that while A + B will be $100, the insights attributed revenue for this case is only $50.
