Effortlessly Edit and Update Published Journeys
- What:
Edit a published journey/template- Nonprofits can now edit a published journey or template. They can modify every node and republish it with the changes, without needing to recreate a new Acquire URL connected to the journey
- Why: This feature saves time for Nonprofits, Customer Success, and Engineering teams:
- 5–30 minutes per journey no longer needed for duplication and relaunch.
- Reduces the need to delete 1–3 journeys per week.
- How:
- Open any published journey or template by clicking the card.
- Click the Edit button to make changes.
- Once edits are complete, click the Update button to apply them.

- If a supporter is in the middle of the journey when changes are published, will they experience the updated journey?
- Will metrics reset after a change is made?
- If a campaign is launched and sent today, and I modify the date to tomorrow, will it launch tomorrow?
