Effortlessly Edit and Update Published Journeys

  • What: Edit a published journey/template
    • Nonprofits can now edit a published journey or template. They can modify every node and republish it with the changes, without needing to recreate a new Acquire URL connected to the journey
  • Why: This feature saves time for Nonprofits, Customer Success, and Engineering teams:
    • 5–30 minutes per journey no longer needed for duplication and relaunch.
    • Reduces the need to delete 1–3 journeys per week.
  • How:
    • Open any published journey or template by clicking the card.
    • Click the Edit button to make changes.
    • Once edits are complete, click the Update button to apply them.
If you make changes but don’t click Update, the UI will reflect the changes, but they will not be effective for supporters.
