      Why aren't my Instagram donations reflected on the Facebook Fundraiser Page?

      To confirm that the donations made to your Instagram

      To confirm that the donations made to your Instagram account have been received by your Facebook Fundraiser, please go to your Facebook Fundraiser page (www.facebook.com/fundraisers) and click on the "total number of donations."

      At this time, Messenger can only sync donation amounts that are made directly on Facebook — we are working on improving this experience for future challenges.
