      Can a user change the structure of a message when creating a new version?

      Only GoodUnited can change the structure of a message at a template level

      • Changing the structure of a message means adding/removing an element (button, image, etc) that is different from the original message.
      • GoodUnited users ARE able to change the structure of a message at a template level when using versioning.
      • All users ARE NOT able to change the structure of a message when using versioning at an individual account level.
